Ensuring that Gunnersbury WCC continues to develop and grow, effectively and efficiently, requires a dedicated team of volunteers to manage every aspect of running a cricket club.
This includes management of membership, finances, player welfare, booking grounds and umpires, liaison with league and competition match organisers, communications, kit, training, coaching, events - and of course - teas!
Each year the Gunns committee asks the members for volunteers to take up these responsibilities, and the players propose and confirm the new committee members.

Beth Morgan
Chair
Admin extraordinaire and the Big Cheese, Beth is your contact if you are looking to join the club or ask any questions pertaining to all things Gunnersbury.
A Middlesex VP and former World Cup / Ashes winner, The Beth Morgan, as she is known around the traps, is passionate towards the development of women’s cricket and would love to hear from anyone, no matter how big or little their experience, who has an interest in being a Gunn.
Emma Bernstein
Treasurer
Responsible for taking your money, organising sponsors and breeding the next generation.
Emma started with the club before most of our current members were born, taking time away to raise two cricket-mad badgers herself, before making a comeback as the best slipsfielder in the league. If you are interested in becoming a Gunns sponsor or would like to discuss finances, Emma is your contact.
Kylie White
Secretary (Fixtures)
Gets ‘stuff done’ usually offending people with her brash Aussie-speak along the way! If you need a soft and sensitive soul to listen to you, don’t come to Kylie.
If you want something sorted with umpires, grounds and games in a timely manner, this is who to speak with.
Fiona Barbour-Smith
Safe-guarding Officer
A face that we want you to trust. Therefore we won’t tell you that she also trained as a lawyer! Fiona is your one-stop shop on all things safeguarding and potentially also your taxi service if you live on the west side of London.
Oh did we also mention that she is a pilates instructor?
Liz Cullen
Player representative
Passed a pretty comprehensive initiation task to prove her worth to the committee, so now we are stuck with her.
Liz is our outwardly most enthusiastic playing mum and inwardly our most competitive. Her main duties include bringing the Gunns' gazebo and bullying our other mums into playing.
Away from Gunns, Liz can be found working a million hours for not much pay in the NHS, so you know she's a good person!
Anja Peisl
Player representative
A veteran at the club, our favourite Bavarian leg spinner is also the resident chief knitter, being responsible for four-fifth's of Warmie's playing kit.
Anja's main responsibilities include asking her friends from other clubs if they are free on Sunday to fill in, and leading the way with winter comps and training.

Elaine Barnfather
Player representative
Jet tea-maker and obsessive compulsive kitchen cleaner, Elaine is one of two 'E Barnfathers' to grace our playing group (we'll leave it up to our opposition to decide which Barnfather is the best cricketer; suffice to say, it isn't Paul.)
When not at OEs, Elaine can be found riding her horse, feeding her horse, grooming her horse and subjecting us all to horse-related photos.

Tash Miles
Marketing
Responsible for all of our twittering and Insta’ing, unless she is involved in any of the records, runs or victories, where she then won’t report it. Tash is a current Middlesex player, former captain and present-day Hong Kong International.
